What 3 Words
Street addresses aren’t exact enough to define precise locations, such as building entrances, and they don’t exist in many rural areas and parks.
This makes it difficult to locate locations and inhibits people from stating precisely where assistance is required in an emergency. All the UK emergency services, including the AA and RAC, use What 3 Words to locate you and provide assistance much quicker. The courier service DPD now uses What 3 Words to assist their deliveries, as the 3×3 meter square outside your front door has a different 3-word address to another house on your road that has the same postcode. The video below by John and Mandy (Youtubers) explains the benefits of this system. It’s a really handy app to have on your phone or tablet.
