Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1 All purchases using Amazon affiliate links should be returned in accordance with Amazon’s returns policy.

2 All purchases using Maxpeedingrods affiliate links should be returned in accordance with Maxpeedingrods returns policy.

3 All purchases using Ecoflow affiliate links should be returned in accordance with Ecoflow’s returns policy.

4 All purchases using Auxbeam affiliate links should be returned in accordance with Auxbeam’s returns policy.

5 In the event of an order cancellation before dispatch, a refund will be issued, less the costs of financial processing, within 14 days of the cancellation notification.

6 In the event of an order cancellation after dispatch, the goods will have to be returned to us in the original packaging un-opened and un damaged before a refund is issued,

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Health and personal care items.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number and date of purchase.
  • Any returned items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

All items purchased using Amazon affiliate links will be refunded by Amazon and their returns and refund policy only.

All items purchased using Maxpeedingrods affiliate links will be refunded by Maxpeedingrods in accordance with their returns and refund policy only.

All items purchased using Ecoflow affiliate links will be refunded by Ecoflow in accordance with their returns and refund policy only.

All items purchased using Auxbeam affiliate links will be refunded by Auxbeam in accordance with their returns and refund policy only.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Items purchased using Amazon, Maxpeedingrods, Ecoflow, or Auxbeam affiliate links will be refunded in accordance with their returns and refund policy.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

Items purchased using Amazon affiliate links must be returned directly to Amazon and their returns and refund policy applies.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Returns, 16 Shears Crescent, West Mersea, Colchester, Essex, CO58AR.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable see i) and ii).

i) Return Shipping cost will only be paid if the item is faulty through manufacture.

ii) Postage will not be refunded if the item is returned to us as faulty but is in good working order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items returned that are lost during transportation under any circumstances.

Johnny’s Backyard will not be responsible for loss, damage, or delay of any item in transit to or from the customer.
